The staff here were very welcoming like you'd expect at a 3-star hotel.

We greatly enjoyed this place - good small hotel.

The staff was polite and courteous and we would not hesitate to return there. Everything was perfect, convenient location next to public transport, all the metro lines, especially the Gard du Nord and nice restaurants and bistros, wonderful experience. The breakfast was satisfactory, the drinks were warm.

In overall the room was quiet and with twin beds.

Our stay here was fantastic, meeting all our expectations with clean rooms and friendly staff.

I had a fabulous stay at Rooms & Dreams! The location was convenient, with two nearby metro stations that allowed me to easily explore the city. The room was comfortable and clean, with daily cleaning service. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was super clean. The staff at the 24-hour reception were always friendly and ready to help. I especially appreciated their willingness to keep my luggage for free. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room I stayed in wasvery comfy and tidy, and the bathroom was super clean. I appreciated having a fridge and kettle in the room, it made my stay more convenient. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the metro station, train station, and supermarket. It was also within a short walking distance to the Sacre Coeur church and there were plenty of small shops nearby. The receptionists were nice and helpful. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We were thrilled with the modern and perfect double room we were provided with.

The staff at the hotel were helpful and understanding. They called an ambulance for me and allowed me to use their phone to make last-minute reservations. They even were really good by running up four flights of stairs multiple times to assist me. I stayed in four different clean and cozy rooms, and the towels were changed often. The small room had all the necessary amenities like a fridge and a safe. Despite the dodgy area, the hotel's proximity to McDonald's and the train station was convenient.
